my baby brother
recently turned 10. 2 digits! Anyhow, he is so grown up now but may I just say that he is becoming such a better boy. Whenever I come home he expresses how much he misses me by hugging me and saying "I miss you". Also I notice how much more polite he is. He used to have a type of arrogant attitude but now he's much more humble and pleasant and funny. I love him and all the "little-kid" games we play: Lego, Nerf, Angry Birds, Wii, Rockband, Portal. The shows we talk about: Chowder, Adventure Time, Regular Show, Spongebob....boy, do i love and miss him.

It's a funny thing but...
ever since I can remember, Ive been a fan of the Olsen Twins. I would actually proclaim being one of their biggest. I would always watch Full House plus all their other series that barely anyone knew of: Two of a Kind, So Little Time; not to mention their direct-to-video movies about twins visiting places in Europe; Passport to Paris, Winning London, and When in Rome. I even had their Barbie doll versions for Pete's sake!
*slightly embarrassed* I always found them as an inspiration however, especially in fashion, and even as a little girl. Sure as the years went on they had publicity problems but when I look at them now, i can still call them cool and really successful. I fancy both their unique styles and personalities but Ashley has always been my favorite. I think I would consider her one of my role models.

Discoveries
I find something new about myself everyday. Today, I found that I keep a lot of things hidden, to myself. I suppose it's because I feel slightly diffident about presenting myself the wrong way, to give someone the wrong impression of me. I'm definitely learning to let that self-consciousness go, but again, things such as these take time. Don't get me wrong though, I would never want to portray myself as someone who is not me. Of course I would want to expose my true self, my true interests, my true passions, to the world yet I would want to make sure they have the right idea....I want to avoid a misunderstanding, a misconception of who I am. There are very few in this world who actually understand me and know my likes...however, despite how close they are to me, they don't know everything; even I don't know why I find something fascinating...I would say I'm peculiar, I always have been. I guess that's part of growing up..answering that question, WHY? Why do I like this or that? Why am I like this? To answer that, to accept it and to be content with it, is my mission.
